Less to Say, More to Do

Long over due for some blogger-y stuffs, I've come to realize that I don't have as much to say... Maybe it's because I have some more friends these days (although, I've just been left by 3 of the more important ones, and more are leaving later this week), maybe it's because I've been working more. Maybe it's because I've been occupied with something that I will maybe tell you about some day soonish or not at all. The point is, I've been living life instead of just talking about it all the time. Which is nice. So I'll spend the next few posts telling you about all the awesome stuffs I've been up to. It should be fun. For me, that is.

Also, Spring is here. But it snowed today. And it's gonna snow tomorrow. So this picture is so appropriate.

Spring Has Sprung!

Dear March,

Welcome welcome!

When you peeped your sweet face out this morning, full of the promise of spring, I was so delighted! Sunshine, blue skies, and no need for a coat? Perfect. It's about time. It was so kind of you to send banana/nutella crepes, a cute boy, and my lost favorite necklace my way. All before 9:00 am! I am speechless with happiness. If the rest of this month is as lovely as this morning, I just can't wait.

May I make a request? I would like a few blustery days (for kite flying, of course) and lots of sunshine. I suppose I can deal with one more snow fall (if you insist).

Love,
Reyna

ps Tell February that I sincerely appreciated the goodness he brought me last night. Stake conference and wonderful new friends? What a nice way to end things!

Welcome Welcome!

Spring is here! All over campus there are people lying on the grass, there is music being played, and free otter pops right outside the Wilk. Birds are singing, there is no need for sweaters, and the daffodils are starting to show their faces. The pansies have recovered from the brutal attack of last week's snow storm and I am in awe of their stamina. There is a nest with two little eggs in it right outside my window, and the green buds of life are starting to show on all the trees. Hurrah for spring!

A Lovely Morning

Welcome March!
I am so glad that you are here! The promise of spring upon your breath reminds me that there are gardens to be planted, flowers to be grown, rain to be showered, and sun to be shone. I love your cloudy moods, your blustery days, and all your glory. After months of snow, you are most certainly welcome here. Please wipe away the remnants of winter and sow your seeds of simple sunshine.

Thanks for the picture Peony
